I. The Platform
What Credit Hunter Does
What exactly is Credit Hunter?
Credit Hunter is an AI-powered platform that organizes your credit case, drafts dispute letters, and lets you approve sending Certified Mail. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not guarantee a specific score increase or deletion outcome.
What kinds of issues is Hunter designed to challenge?
Hunter is designed for factual discrepancies, mixed files, unauthorized or unverifiable reporting, identity-related bureau stalls, reinvestigation failures under FCRA § 611, and permissible-purpose issues under FCRA § 604. It is not intended to manufacture false disputes or contest information you know is accurate and substantiated.
How long does the process usually take?
The law sets baseline timelines. Under FCRA § 611, bureaus generally have about 30 days to investigate after receiving a dispute. With mail transit, first responses commonly arrive in roughly 35 to 45 days. Credit Hunter tracks that clock, but it does not guarantee any specific timeline or result.
II. Billing & Fulfillment
How Pricing Actually Works
What is the "War Chest" and why do I have to fund it?
The $25 War Chest is separate from the $9.99/month subscription. It covers the actual cost of printing and mailing your letters — USPS Certified Mail postage, electronic return receipt, and third-party mailing service fees. No markups.
What is refundable?
If you cancel within 72 hours of signup, the subscription fee is fully refundable. Any unused War Chest balance may also be refunded. War Chest funds already used to send certified mail are non-refundable, since the postage has already been paid.
Are there hidden fees or score guarantees?
No. Credit Hunter charges the software subscription separately from user-authorized mail-fulfillment costs. It does not require a paid monitoring product and it does not guarantee any specific score movement, approval, or deletion.
III. The Technology
Security & Operations
Why do you ask for ID and proof of address?
Credit bureaus often stall disputes by claiming they can't confirm your identity. We ask for ID and proof of address upfront so your documents are ready before letters go out, making it much harder for them to delay.
How does Credit Hunter communicate with me?
Account access and billing happen in the web portal, verification codes are delivered by email, and Telegram is used only for linked operational status updates. Support, refund, privacy, and legal requests must be sent to support@credithunter.co.
What happens after a letter is sent?
Credit Hunter tracks your letter from the moment it's mailed — USPS tracking numbers, delivery confirmations, and status updates all appear in your Situation Room automatically.
IV. The Legal Boundary
Compliance & Support
Is this legal?
Credit Hunter is designed to operate within CROA, FCRA, and related consumer-protection rules. The platform requires account verification, legal consents, and your explicit approval before any letter is sent.
Does Hunter dispute accurate, verifiable information?
No. Credit Hunter is designed to challenge factual discrepancies and compliance failures, not to help users dispute information they know is accurate and substantiated.
What happens if the credit bureaus ignore the letters or send back weak responses?
Credit Hunter logs the delivery trail, tracks statutory timing, and can prepare follow-up or escalation drafts for your approval. That creates pressure and documentation, but it is not a guarantee of outcome.
How do I get human help?
Support, refund, privacy, and legal requests must be sent to support@credithunter.co. We do not process account-sensitive requests by phone or through Telegram chat.
Need the formal docs?
Need support?
Billing, refund, privacy, and legal requests should all be routed through support@credithunter.co.
