Refund and rescission workflow review
This page explains the live cancellation and refund rules tied to the SaaS license and separate War Chest balance.
72-Hour Right of Rescission
If you cancel within 72 hours of signup, the Credit Hunter SaaS fee is fully refundable. Any War Chest funds that remain undeployed in your account may also be returned to the original payment method.
Any War Chest funds already deployed to USPS or already submitted to Lob or LetterStream for an authorized mailing are non-refundable because those third-party fulfillment costs have already been incurred.
How to Cancel or Request a Refund
Via Dashboard
- Log in to your account at www.credithunter.co
- Navigate to Billing or Subscription settings.
- Submit the cancellation request from the authenticated portal.
Via Support Email
- Email support@credithunter.co with the subject "Cancellation Request" or "Refund Request".
- Send the message from, or identify, the email address on your account.
- Support will confirm the request and route any eligible refund through Stripe.
What Happens After You Cancel
The SaaS fee is eligible for a full refund. Any undeployed War Chest balance may also be refunded to the original payment method.
The SaaS subscription is canceled at the end of the current billing period and the SaaS fee is no longer refundable.
Charges already deployed to USPS or submitted to Lob or LetterStream for fulfillment are non-refundable.
All refund, cancellation, and account-closure requests must be sent through support@credithunter.co.
Refund Policy Summary
SaaS license: Fully refundable within 72 hours of signup; non-refundable after that window.
War Chest: A separate pass-through balance for USPS Certified Mail, printing, electronic return receipt, and Lob/LetterStream fulfillment charges. Undeployed funds may be refundable within the 72-hour window; funds already deployed for authorized mailings are non-refundable.
