Operational methodology and product-claim review
This page explains how Credit Hunter was built and how the product is intended to operate. It is descriptive content, not individual legal advice.
The bureaus built walls.
We built the door.
Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax process millions of disputes per year through fully automated rejection pipelines. No human reads most of them. The e-OSCAR system is designed to auto-deny complex claims faster than any consumer can re-file.
Credit Hunter was built by engineers who designed parts of those systems. We know exactly where the seams are. We know that a physical, certified letter — with the right statutory language, addressed to the right compliance officer — cannot be auto-rejected.
That is the only door that matters. And we automated it.
Three Principles. No Exceptions.
Software Democracy
The credit bureaus use sophisticated automation to reject 80% of disputes before a human reads them. We reverse-engineered their playbook and gave the same tools to the consumer. If they can auto-reject, you can auto-escalate.
Zero Middlemen
Every dollar you spend goes to one of two places: our $9.99 SaaS fee or the exact cost of a USPS certified mail stamp. We show you the receipt. No affiliate kickbacks, no monitoring upsells, no hidden margin.
Paper Beats Pixels
Electronic disputes go into e-OSCAR and get auto-rejected. A certified mail dispute requires a human signature, establishes a federal paper trail, and starts a legally binding 30-day clock. We only operate in ink.
The Team.
Identities protected. Credentials verified. These are the agents running the engine.
Lead Systems Architect
Former data pipeline engineer for two of the Big Three bureaus. Watched the sausage get made — automated rejection queues, round-file algorithms, human-less dispute handling. Left to build the weapon on the other side of the fence.
Statutory Enforcement Lead
FCRA specialist who trained with consumer law advocates. Knows every statute, every deadline, every CFPB escalation path. Built the 30-day legal clock engine that powers every dispute batch.
Automation & Comms Engineer
Designed the Telegram bot architecture and LetterStream API integration. Every certified mail dispatch, every 'Target Eliminated' notification, every real-time status ping routes through systems they built.
